|Recommended: NoNot a good start — I moved in today and faced problems right away. I started the heater at around 5 45 PM. A burning smell started coming out of the vent below the thermostat and the smoke detector started ringing. I called to set up the emergency work order but no one from the maintenance team showed up. Will have to spend the night without the heater.
|Recommended: YesSkye Belltown Family — As we sign our 4th lease this week, I would like to say how much we have enjoyed living at Skye. The building may be getting up there in years, but we love everyone that works there. The staff, including security and maintenance really make the complex feel like family. Thank you

|Recommended: YesLife at Skye — The staff and residents are warm and welcoming. My studio is spacious with plenty of storage. My view from the 17th floor is spectacular, especially at night The walls are solid, no noise from neighbors. Skye is quiet, clean, and safe. I love being part of the Skye community

|Recommended: YesGood first year with small complaints — I have enjoyed living here and the community areas are well maintained. My apartment has relatively low noise and I don't hear my neighbors. My only complaints are sometimes people are doing weird drugs in the stairways and there is sometimes trash in there. Also our window is under the garden area where people smoke and the smoke sometimes blows in our window.

From questions about my lease to anything related to maintenance, the entire staff is always readily available and willing to help. Alex in the leasing office is just wonderful. Susie with maintenance is by far one of the best team members in a complex I’ve ever met. She is friendly and down to earth. She truly puts the renters first. I would highly recommend someone living here

|Recommended: YesAwesome building, even better team — I have been living here for just about two weeks and even though it is an older building the Skye team does such a good job in maintaining and of keeping you honestly couldn’t even tell it’s as old as it is location and central and unbeatable. The neighborhood feel safe nothing to worry about just a couple of bums. Amenities in the building are awesome I work from home partially the gym is always clean and relatively empty for the most part has everything you could need.
