The maintenance staff has responded to requests in less than a day, and I never feel lm waiting for an answer from anyone if we have any questions. Everyone at leasing office are always so kind. The units are beautiful with great views, the amenities are updated and You'll love the grill in the courtyard.

But still, there are a few things I'm not satisfied with, but they can be explained by the relatively low rent. The view from the window is limited - it's blocked by the building itself due to its 凹凸 shaped outline The kitchen and bathroom is relatively small, and there isn't enough place for me to put things. The dishwasher seems not so effective -- The water is left on the dishes after washing.

I really love the management, very responsive maintenance, great quality housing, amenities etc. Overall, loving my stay. However, One thing which I wish was better, would be the parking garage attached to the apartment complex. With the current security infrastructure in place, my car was stolen from the basement of the parking garage with relative ease. My car was stolen during the day. Given this is a public garage during the day and exclusively for the residents in the night , there were no security cameras covering the whole garage. During the day, anyone can just wander inside the garage not properly secured for residents. After this incident, as a resident, It’s frightening to know that anything can happen when venturing into the garage knowing that we aren’t completely safe. Hope the management improves the security so that residents can feel more at ease.

I am so sorry to hear about your car. The parking garage is a public parking garage Monday-Friday and is managed by Republic Parking. We do have cameras at all the entrances and no one that is not a resident can get into the residential part of our building. I am one happy resident

submitted by Rohit B. - |Recommended: YesGood Place - Recommended to Rent — I have lived in the apartment for almost a year now. I have loved the management response and building maintenance. The building is neat and tidy. I haven't had any issues so far. The only thing that I am missing in my apartment not the whole building is that we don't have fiber cable optics and hence my internet upload speed is stuck at 10Mbps although the download one is good. I would recommend people to live here. This is a good community and building for the given price range

The building and amenities are great, but the staff is what sets them apart. I feel empowered and supported by all of the processes in place to live happily and peacefully. Living in this area is wonderful and Skye makes it that much more meaningful. Keep being great Skye Team.

The location is also excellent, I prefer living not super close to downtown, I feel it's too crowded and noisy on the weekends and I like some peace and quiet on the weekend. But, the property is also very well connected to downtown, so it's just 5 mins away when needed.

submitted by Sabrina R. - |Recommended: YesOnline lease renewal Sucks — Unless you have a lifetime to wait the online lease renewal is a total piece of shit. It is almost not worth resigning a lease. Otherwise it is a nice place to live until renewal time

submitted by Dmitry I. - |Recommended: YesCenter location for reasonable price — I suppose the best point in this apartment is its location. It is not far from the city center, ocean, and stores. Public transport is also near the building. There are all the required amenities like gym and laundry. However, from my point of view, the gym working hours are too short and should be extended.

As for the gym, right now due to restrictions that are in place from the Governor we are not able to have the gym open when a team member cannot look in on the gym that is why the hours are limited right now. As we progress through the phases of reopening here in Washington we will open our gym hours up as we are legally able to. I'm sorry this is an inconvenience at this time. submitted by Marlene S. - |Recommended: NoThe building is in a nice location and maintenance is awesome. The main fault is the inability to enforce the no smoking policy. It should be classified as a smoking building because they can't do anything to stop people from smoking in their unit. It reaches your unit through the stairwell. The response is poor, there are no units to move to within reason, and I need to spend 50 on a temp solution. People smoke near the entrance on the deck so we have to choose between fresh air or cigarette smoke from our windows. The excuse is to call security and have them catch someone in the act which is too slow or risk second hand smoke to do it yourself. They don't want to work with you on having a potential exotic animal because of ignorance. Instead of having a conversation, you're shut down. We had a dog bark everyday near us for months until that neighbor moved. We'd stay out until sleeping hours because the barking was too much. Would be nice if management could work with us.

We take all resident concerns seriously and do everything possible to make sure any issues presented are resolved. As for the smoke, I know we have communicated and have been working towards a solution to best suit your needs. The offer is still open and I am more than happy to do what we can to resolve this. In an effort to decrease the occurrences, we have and will continue to monitor the stairwells. In addition, reminder emails have been sent to everyone that this is a non-smoking building and you must be 25 feet away from the building to smoke. We have and will continue to address specific instances when the need to do so has been brought to our attention. As for your request for an exotic pet I sent you two forms to fill out and return so, we can work on getting that request approved for you but I have not received them back as of yet. If you have any questions about the forms I am more than happy to speak with you about them. If you need me to send them again I can do that as well.
